He honed his skills at renowned restaurants such as Noma, a three Michelin-starred restaurant in Copenhagen, and Atelier in Ottawa, which is continuously ranked as one of the top places to eat in Canada. Texeira has been honoured with recognition as one of the “Top 30 Under 30” hospitality leaders in Canada and was even a semi-finalist on Food Network’s Top Chef Canada and a finalist on Chopped Canada.
